Patients visits are scheduled. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
To reschedule, we require 48 hours notice. There is a late cancellation fee.

All dental plans are accepted and claims are submitted electronically where possible.
Payment is due on the date of service. We operate on a Zero Accounts Receivable basis.

To Patients With Dental Insurance:
We are pleased that you have selected us to perform your dental treatment. It is our wish that your dental health is the very best that it can be. With the assistance that your insurance company provides, good dental health is a simple matter.
The particular plan that you have is a contract that your employer has arranged on your behalf with the insurance company. There are many different insurance companies with many different policies and types of coverage. For example, some plans cover as little as 20% of dental treatment costs while others cover as much as 100%. The amount of coverage that your employer has negotiated for you does not involve us.
Our fees are set in accordance with the fee schedule set by the Ontario Dental Association each year. Many insurance companies also pay by this schedule, but many pay according to fees set for years past. This may alter your coverage percentage.
Dental insurance is intended to help you pay for required treatment, not to dictate treatment. We will be happy to send estimates to your plan for any treatment discussed.
Today, with the convenience of computer networks, your dental claim can often be filed electronically and you should receive your benefit payment within days of your visit. Unless there are extraordinary circumstances, we expect payment as the service is completed.

To Patients Without Dental Insurance:
Payment in full is expected at the time of your appointment. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Interac, Cash and Cheques. If your treatment is extensive or there are financial concerns, a personalized payment plan can be arranged prior to your appointments.
